Professional Growth: Earning My HRCI Associate Certification

This past fall, I reached a major milestone in my professional development by earning my Human Resource Associate certification through HRCI. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to pursue this credential while working in my HR role at Dohrn Transfer Company, and it has already proven to be a beneficial experience for my career.

A Milestone Moment

A particularly special aspect of this achievement was being the first to complete this new certification program at Dohrn. To make the moment even more memorable, my certificate was presented to me by my father, who also works at the company. Having that family connection within my professional environment made the hard work feel even more rewarding.

The Path Forward

I truly feel like a more well-rounded HR professional after this experience. The knowledge I’ve gained, ranging from compliance to organizational culture, has provided me with a toolkit I’ll be able to use in my day-to-day work for years to come. I’m excited to keep building on this foundation as I continue to grow within the field of Human Resources!
